Jessika Roy has more than 20 years of experience in business consulting. She began her career at KPMG, where she developed her expertise in accounting and taxation. As Manager responsible for OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) related financing activities, Jessika Roy provided services to the firm’s external clients and was a member of multidisciplinary teams within the organization, performing audits, tax reorganizations, due diligence and risk assessments.
In 2009, Jessika decided to fulfill her dream of becoming a headhunter in the financial sector. Her experience at a large accounting firm gave her the insight necessary to understand her clientele and the candidates she worked with daily. She quickly excelled in her field.
Jessika stands apart for her professionalism, dedication, excellent judgement, intuition and constant quest for the best results possible. These qualities make her an accomplished headhunter and highly appreciated business partner.
In 2016, Jessika Roy embarked on an exciting adventure! She decided to embrace her entrepreneurial spirit and launch Lachasse Recrutement. Her main objective is to focus as much energy and attention on her clients’ needs as they do themselves.
Jessika Roy holds the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation, and is a graduate of the HEC Montréal business school in Business Administration, Human Resources.
